Branch Sales Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Branch Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities

Establish sales quotas, and goals for the sales team

Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

Report on team and individual performance

Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Drive personal sales results

Insure staff give quality quotes to their customers following company guidelines and expectations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

Experience as a supervisor or manager

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to build rapport with clients

Computer skills(office suite, POS and staffing programs)Company Description

The ideal candidate has a natural passion for math and an eagerness to learn more about financial planning, tax strategy, and budgeting. Under the direction of the financial manager, the accounting clerk will update and maintain records, work on daily/weekly reporting, manage the accounting databases and supply inventory management. This person will join like-minded experts who are continually focused on sharpening their skills and advancing in their profession.
