Field Technician - Electro-Mechanical

Job Description

Concentric Security is currently seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance and service for our perimeter security systems and devices. These systems include hydraulic driven vehicle barriers, electro-mechanical drive systems, gates and gate operators, variable frequency drives, low voltage controls and some PLC controls. Concentric Security serves commercial, industrial, military and federal clients.

The Field Service/ Installation Technician will need to work with little direction and ensure a high quality of customer service. They must be able to manage service calls and possess superb customer service skills. Tech must diagnose systems and problem solve when given only non-technical descriptions provided by the customers.

Our goal is to minimize any client system downtime and exceed customer expectations by ensuring quality results in a timely manner. Must be a good communicator and able to pass a background check.
