Lender-Side Default Services & Real Estate Litigation...

Perform Motions for Summary Judgement; Orders to Show Cause; Court Matters related to Litigation; Draft & Review Pleadings in Foreclosure Action

REPRESENT

Mid to Large Size Commercial & Residential Banks, National Mortgage Servicers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Companies & Individuals in both Residential & Commercial Foreclosure Actions

REQUIRMENTS / BACKGROUND

3-5 + years’ experience with Foreclosure Matters… primarily Mortgage Lender Side &

JD admitted... NYS Bar

LOCATION... 3 offices

1) Northern Nassau County, NY… primary location; 2) Midtown Manhattan; 3) Brooklyn, NY-- Auto needed for daily commute to office & to travel to ocassional court appearances

COMPENSATION, FIRM BENEFITS & MORE

Base Salary Range: $100,000. - $150,000. .. + Depending on background & qualifications.. Excellent Firm Benefits & Incentive Bonus Program… Full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, transportation reimbursement and more.
