Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the ongoing projects alongside management.
Responsibilities:
Assist Office Manager/General Manager in the office planning function.
Assisting accounting with collection of receipts, payments, as needed
Phone Support with Customers and affiliates
Managing and implementing schedule/ calendar for project managers and technicians
Communicating with Field Technicians in order to gain all file information
Handling and updating all projects/files in a timely manner and through all required portals/methods
Following status of jobs from start to completion
Working with Field Technicians to implement systems in order to streamline data transfer
Scheduling/ordering equipment, tools, or materials needed on projects
This position includes such other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction
Previous experience in construction industry
Strong project management skills
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
