As Restaurant Manager or FOH Manager you will manage the day-to-day operations of an iconic, high-volume restaurant. You are responsible for the serving team, bar team, and bussing team. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives, hiring, firing, and training. You will be a "brand ambassador" for the restaurant ... and we're willing to pay well for the right person who can make that happen!
As Sous Chef you will manage the day-to-day operations of a SCRATCH, high volume, full service kitchen, and assist with all Back Of House operations. You are responsible for developing, directing, and supervising hourly Team Members to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, organization, efficiency, and sanitation ... and we're willing to pay well for the right person who can make that happen!
As Beverage Manager you will have strong knowledge of alcohol and wine. You will be able to manage costs and create a fun culture and environment for a new location. You will be a "brand ambassador" for the bar ... and we're willing to pay well for the right person who can make that happen!

Here's what WE expect:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume, prep intensive kitchens
A passion to serve high quality, delicious food and innovative cocktails
Must be able to manage and develop people
Excellent tenure and progression
Past evidence of work ethic and loyalty
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
