Job Overview

Seeking a Personal Assistant to MD with 1-3 years of experience at Renown Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara. This is a full-time position in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company with 200+ employees. Salary range: Competitive based on experience and skills.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in English language

Experience in handling emails and correspondence

Ability to plan and coordinate travel arrangements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist the MD in daily tasks, scheduling, and communication

Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD

Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Support in email correspondence and other administrative tasks as needed
