Qualifications and Skills

7-10 years of experience in sales and retail management, preferably in footwear or fashion industry

Proven track record in inventory management, team leadership, and sales operations

Strong understanding of retail sales principles and merchandising techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and customer interactions

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analysis tools for data-driven decision making

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and lead the sales team in Ahmedabad to achieve sales targets and KPIs for Reliance Footprint products

Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and market share

Ensure efficient inventory management and merchandising to meet customer demand

Oversee sales operations, customer service, and CRM initiatives for enhancing customer experience

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

Mandatory Experience
