Experienced HP Indigo Press operators.

Responsibilities include

Performing daily maintenance, on schedule according to procedure to promote machine stability and dependability. Performing adjustments accurately, efficiently and according to procedure—minimizing unexpected downtime and service calls.

Monitoring the printing process to maintain print quality and optimize productive and minimize waste. Assuring jobs are properly set up for quality/productivity Catch errors at the earliest possible stage

Communicating with Sales/CSR’s and finishing Keeping abreast of best operator practices

Skills required:

Good technical and computer skills

Mechanical aptitude. Understands and utilizes common hand tools, good manual dexterity

Willingness to learn and inquisitive nature

Procedure oriented and methodical

Highly detail oriented for quality control purposes

Analytical approach to problem solving

Ability to conduct tests and inspections to evaluate quality and performance.

Understanding of equipment capabilities

Excellent visual discrimination and grasp of color theory. An eye for color and print quality.

Able to follow instructions thoroughly

Must be able to work independently and with a team, as well as train other operators. A good operator will have a positive influence on productivity, profit and customer satisfaction.
