Position Overview:

The Executive Personal Assistant will play a vital role in optimizing the daily operations and ensuring our top priority: the satisfaction of our clients. This local, part-time role requires commitment for approximately two days a week and emphasizes precision, discretion, and extreme attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain schedules.

Promptly respond to emails with accuracy and professionalism.

Attend literary events, author readings, leveraging photography and videography skills to capture key moments.

Assist in various personal and professional projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous experience as an executive personal assistant -- exposure to the literary or publishing world is a plus.

Ability to manage and reprioritize tasks in dynamic settings.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must own a car and have the ability to drive to various locations.

Basic skills in photography and videography.

Basic proficiency in social media platforms and trends.

A genuine passion for books and literature is very helpful.
