Bread Baker

Dolce & Ciabatta Bakery is looking for an EXPERIENCED BAKER who is passionate about creating high-quality, hand-crafted artisan bread and pastries.

Requirements:

Passionate about baking.

At least 3+ years of relative bread baking experience.

Precise and organized.

Highly motivated, organized, mature, neat, and team-oriented.

Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality pastries and bread by accurately following D&C formulas, processes, and procedures.

Working all roles within the bread department including mixing, scaling, shaping, proofing, and baking.

Ensure quality standards and overall product consistency.

Maintain overall cleanliness of the bakery and compliance with all health department regulations.

Compensation is based on experience but is highly competitive.
