Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Details:

Title: Warehouse Assistant Manager - Bilingual

Reports To: Operations Manager

Classification: Full-Time, Regular, Non-exempt

Normal Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Starting Salary: $40,000 annual salary

Warehouse Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure all team members adhere to quality and safety standards

Completion of daily workflows of self and team members

Provide Inventory weekly reports to Operations Manager

Operate Forklift on a daily basis

Mentor and develop team members

Loading and unloading export containers

Receiving and unloading palletized merchandise

Warehouse Assistant Manager Requirements:

Experience in loading and unloading export containers

Intermediate computer experience – Outlook and warehouse managing software (WMS) is preferred but will train

Proficient with Excel

Min 5 - 8 years experience in warehouse/logistics

Min 5 years experience in operating/handling forklift trucks (sit down, stand up, electric pallet, etc.)

Able to lift 50 lbs boxes

Able to work in climate controlled environment

Min 5 years in leading a team

Must pass a background check
