Position Overview:

The Machinist - Toolmaker at Rinco Ultrasonics is responsible for fabricating machine parts, tools, fixtures, and other components. The role involves setting up and operating a variety of machine shop equipment, including millers, grinders, and lathes. The Machinist will also inspect parts, ensuring proper dimensions using micrometers, gauges, and calipers, and monitor and maintain inventory levels for shop tools and supplies. The position requires good communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate machine parts, tools, and fixtures based on CAD files.

Set up and operate machine shop equipment, including millers, grinders, and lathes.

Inspect parts and verify proper dimensions using micrometers, gauges, and calipers.

Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels for shop tools and supplies.
