We help our clients attack their ambitious business goals, solve skills shortage issues and become innovative by building Dedicated Software Development Teams in Ukraine and / or providing on-demand IT project resources to complete required skills on their in-house teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the company's client base
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and HR, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project delivery
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify potential business opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in software sales, IT services sales or IT staffing
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Sound knowledge of software development and IT consulting services
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
