Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of leads to successfully grow sales
Manage leads (no cold calls!) and call customers interested in purchasing one of our products
Educate potential customers on the benefits and value of adding solar, battery, roofing, and HVAC systems to their home
Answer questions and educate potential customers on the steps required to add solar or one of our other products to their home
Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with potential customers into the Salesforce CRM system
Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications:
At least one (1) year of experience in inside solar, HVAC, or roofing sales
Ability to work remote, either from home or from an office that has high speed internet for soft phone systems
Must live in AZ, CA, TX, FL, NV, WA, OR, CO or IL
Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft, Zenifits, Aurora, Livechat, and Eagleview) highly desired but not required
Ability to pass a background check and to secure a HIS license (Home Improvement Sales License)
