Job Summary:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation of our manufacturing machinery. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of various equipment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and may possess additional qualifications in areas such as safety, quality, and CMMS. Job Duties:

Complete preventive maintenance on machinery, engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.

Troubleshoot mechanical equipment malfunctions and perform repairs

Use precision measuring instruments and testing tools to locate issues.

Remove and replace defective parts, adjusting functional components.

Control downtime by advising production workers on maintenance techniques.

Maintain parts and supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.

Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for documentation.

Ensure a safe and clean working environment, following regulations.

Collaborate with the team and support occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications:

2 to 5+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experience.

Preferred qualifications: associate degree or higher, powder coating/E-coating/painting experience, safety and quality knowledge, familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles, CMMS experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
