Requirements and Skills

To thrive in this role, you should possess a High School diploma or GED, and if applicable, a State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification. Current CPR Certification is essential, along with basic computer skills. Independence and the ability to think on your feet while maintaining clear and efficient communication are crucial. Your excellent oral communication skills when interacting with fellow healthcare professionals in the presence of patients will be invaluable. You should also be capable of remaining composed and professional in high-pressure situations within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We value your dedication and expertise, and we offer competitive compensation to reflect that. For those who work a minimum of 35 hours per week and complete 90 days of employment, health insurance benefits become available.
