Job Description

A CRNA is wanted to join our established private practice anesthesia group in the Western Massachusetts area.

The CRNAs provide a wide variety of anesthesia cases including hearts(neg), thoracic, vascular, OB, pediatrics, trauma, neuro, and outpatient cases including ENT, orthopedics, and GI cases.

They offer flexible shifts of 8's, 10's, and 12's with overtime available.

This position offers a base salary of $240,000 with a full benefits package including malpractice, health, vision, dental, life insurance, six-eight weeks of vacation, and a retirement contribution. SRNAs or experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply for the positions. The stable private practice is friendly and is a great atmosphere to work in. The group is very CRNA-friendly and allows for the experience and growth of CRNAs. The Springfield area is close to Hartford, NYC, and Boston areas.

Requirements:

New graduates or experience as a CRNA are welcome to apply.

Demonstrated understanding of anesthesia case types and treatments. Ability to work well independently, multitask and collaborate with other medical professionals in the hospital setting.

Current professional fluency with relevant medical technologies/software programs used by anesthesia providers.

Knowledgeable in post-anesthesia care best practices, public health protocols, patient safety regulations etc.
