What Will You Do?
Greet pet parents and their four-legged fur babies and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
Provide a high level of hospitality for our pet parents
Champion teamwork amongst the support staff
Call our clients to remind them of lapsed patient care
Call clients to check in aftercare received
Manage the appointment schedule
Manage incoming calls, emails, and texts from clients and vet practices
Keep our reception area clean and well-stocked
Answer client questions and provide information and education as needed
You Have:
A love of animals and passion for the animal-human bond
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing receptionist positions
Experience in the veterinary industry is helpful but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
Comfort level typing and utilizing multiple computer systems
