Operations Associate

Job Description

Our client, a globally recognized investment management firm is looking to break into the Charlotte market.

They're looking to add an Operations Associate within their Private Debt group.

Collaborate with the investment team to track investment pipeline, mandates, and closing activities.

Review and/or create essential materials for deal closing, including credit agreement review, funds flow preparation, and maintaining closing checklists and KYC requests.

Coordinate with internal and external counsel on investment structure, entity creation, and ongoing monitoring of investment entities.

Assist with Lead Agent responsibilities and oversee external 3rd party sub-agent services.

Coordinate funding of DDTL and Revolver draws, involving syndicate members.

Prepare and maintain leverage facility CMRs and compliance certificates.
