Overview Of Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for client engagements, ensuring top-notch fund administration services.

Collaborate with the Fund Team to manage financial reporting, partner allocations, carried interest calculations, and capital calls/distributions.

Coordinate with auditors, tax providers, legal counsel, and other service providers for seamless operations.

Provide expertise in fund administration, overseeing initial setup and acting as a subject matter expert for the team.

Support leadership in major projects, maintain client relationships, contribute to software development, and assist in business development efforts.
