Job Description
$18 - $20 yearlyResponsibilities:
Produce regular journal entries to post to the general ledger
Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
Look over accounts payable and receivable regularly to ensure every invoice and expense report to evaluate accuracy
Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closingsQualifications:
Must have high school diploma or GED, college degree helpful but not required
Has strong abilities in communication, both in writing and by phone
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks
Experience in real estate industry preferred
