We are looking to an HR Officer with outstanding administrative and English,Arabic Speaking skills.
HR Responsibilities: 1- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
2- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
3- Maintain the calendars of the HR management team.
4- Assist with performance management procedures.
5- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
6- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
HR Requirements: 1- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential). 2- two years of experience as an HR (essential). 3- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
4- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
5- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
6-Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
