Volt is immediately hiring multiple Turbine Engine Mechanic Assemblers for immediate temp to hire employment..

As a Turbine Engine Mechanic Assembler you will:

Install and assembly of mechanical components on gas turbine engines

Layout, fabricate and perform assembly of engines and motors

Install hydraulic tubing

Route cables and wires and perform electrical terminations

Cable harnessing and wire harnessing

Follow blueprints and drawings

Utilize hand tools - specifically wrenches

We have full time and temp to hire opportunities.

We are hiring for 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm) and 2nd shift (3pm – 11:30pm). Overtime available. The company offers job stability, growth opportunities and a fun/employee friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Mechanical assembly experience – layout, install, wiring, of larger mechanical pieces – anyone who has worked with wrenches and hand tools

Experience working as a auto mechanic, diesel mechanic, aviation mechanic, engine mechanic, or HVAC is preferred but not required on engines

Shipyard or military experience ideal

Ability to read blueprints and drawings

Experience using hand tools - wrenches

Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Salary: 25.00-25.75/hr
