Job Summary:
We are looking for a Property Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approx. 100 residential properties, for providing excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and all stakeholders and managing all aspects of the tenancy and property whilst complying with company procedures and systems.
Job Description:
Deal with general maintenance issues promptly in relation to the existing managed portfolio and monitor the progress of all maintenance issues via our maintenance portal
Co-ordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and services
Responding to tenant requests and concerns in a timely manner
Chase overdue rental payments
Propose appropriate deposit deductions and negotiate any disputes between the landlord and the tenant
Process the payment of contractor invoices, service charges, ground rent, and utility bills
Prepare and manage budgets for properties and ensure expenses stay within the budget
Handle lease agreements, rent collection, and evictions as needed
Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Property Management
Background in AST management (ARLA qualified preferable but not required)
Bachelor’s/College Degree specializing in Business Management/ Management or equivalent is an advantage
Experience managing a portfolio of 70 to 100+ properties.
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to property management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and a property management software (Fixflo or similar software).
