Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operations. This role involves managing our service offering, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our cold emailing infrastructure, overseeing list building, campaign strategy, and overall campaign management. You will work closely with our expert partners and clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of our service offerings, including the setup of email infrastructures, list building, campaign strategy and execution, and client communications.

Manage the onboarding timeline and ensure that each project phase meets its milestones and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably with background in B2B marketing, particularly in high-ticket SaaS or similar sectors.

Experience in developing new service lines and crafting standard operating procedures for teams to adhere to.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
