Job Description
Daily responsibilities include:
-Answering phones, filing, handling mail, data-entry, typing, scanning, and e-mailing.
-Project estimating, tin take offs
-Ordering parts, preparing submittals, and close-out documents
-Assisting with preparing quotes, organizing and updating van inventory logs
-Other office duties as assigned by the vice president.

Requirements:
-Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
-Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus, but not required.
-Strong computer skills.
-Ability to work in multi-faceted environment with a strong sense of responsibility.
-Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
-Excellent oral and writing skills.
