Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a love for sports and a strong promotions background to join our team! As a part of the management team, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial growth. You will recruit, hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing and promoting a successful restaurant. Previous Marketing, Promotions and/or Events Planning experience is a plus.
General Responsibilities:
Plans, supervises, and allocates the day-to-day operational activities of the restaurant.
Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
Recruit, hire, train, and manage employees
Drive the team to provide exceptional customer service
Create and maintain a marketing and promotions calendar
Track the progress of marketing efforts and provide suggestions for improvement
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Assist the management team with inventory control
Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of related experience
Previous restaurant management experience preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, restaurant management and POS software
Ability to prioritize tasks, remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
TABC & Food Safety Manager certifications
