Sales Engineer - Optical Transceivers

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and sell our line of Optical Transceiver Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in the optical communication industry and have a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for our line of Optical Transceiver Products

· Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

· Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

· Understand and articulate the technical features and benefits of our products to customers

· Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

· Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

· Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve our products and services

· Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Photonics, or related field

· 3-5 years of experience in technical sales in the optical communication industry

· Knowledge of optical transceiver products and related technologies

· Proven track record of sales success

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness to travel as required
