Handle inquiries and complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Resolve service problems

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Update and monitor daily system functions

Prepare/generate reports regularly

Update datafeed and gateway

Monitor rates movement

Update servers and backup servers

Update scripts expiry and new contracts
