Resolve service problems
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Update and monitor daily system functions
Prepare/generate reports regularly
Update datafeed and gateway
Monitor rates movement
Update servers and backup servers
Update scripts expiry and new contracts
