Frost & Sullivan’s Industrial Growth Opportunity Analytics (GOA) practice is a powerful congruence of thought leadership, insights, advise and commentary on the state of as well as the future of Industrial markets ranging from automation and manufacturing, electronics and measurement, machines, semiconductors and (our latest take on) digital industrial technologies. Players across this value chain work with us to better understand where they are and where they need to be with insights into not only their competition but also opportunities across geographies, vertical end markets and customer types. The Industrial GOA practice is the doorway for our clients to navigate the vagaries of business, foresee the future of their market and create sustainable growth strategies for the long-term.

The Consulting Analyst is an established market analyst with high ownership of work and end-to-end fulfilment of Growth partnership service deliverable projects. As well as leading Growth Opportunity Analytics project fulfilment, there will be increasing involvement in Frost Radars and interactive Growth Opportunity Analytics deliverables such as client presentations, Analyst Briefings, Mover & Shaker interviews etc., as well as research involvement in CSDs and Growth Advisory projects. The main objective is to increase market sector expertise and client interaction with a focus on analyzing markets and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions.

Research and Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to support client projects and internal initiatives.

Client Engagement and Communication: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, present findings, and communicate strategic recommendations effectively.

Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Apply problem-solving skills to tackle challenging business issues, developing innovative and practical solutions.

Project Management: Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs while adhering to budget and resource constraints.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds, contributing to a productive and inclusive work environment.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in strategy consulting and apply them to ongoing projects.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business models and strategic objectives.

Presentation and Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and compelling presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field, with a solid academic record.

Professional Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a consulting or business analysis role

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights.

Strategic Thinking: Capability to think strategically and apply critical thinking in solving complex business problems.

Research Proficiency: Skilled in conducting thorough and effective research (primary and secondary research), including industry, market, and competitor analysis.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant analytical tools and software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
