Ensuring implementation of Good Engineering Practices at Site.

To perform the preventive maintenance of respective area equipment as per master SAP schedule and update the PM status labels. He has to support to the team members for breakdowns and total operations of maintenance activities in process area.

Responsible to take care of all the maintenance activities of Process and Non-Process areas.

Preparation of PMP task lists for equipments and schedule Updation in SAP.

To perform/execute Preventive Maintenance of Equipment/Instruments as per the schedule/procedure.

To Execute/resolve all the Breakdowns and General Maintenance as per the procedure.

Coordination with Team Members to close Breakdowns and General Maintenance of any maintenance in Process and Non Process Areas.

Actively involved in preparation, Execution & coordination in terms of preparation of Project Concept Note, FMEA, HAZOP Study Project Specific Plan, URS of equipment’s, its Review, DQ, Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test, IQ, OQ, PQ of all manufacturing equipment’s at site.

Updation/Execution of all Log Books and checklists.

Responsible to ensure all the Maintenance and Scheduled activities were completed as per the Procedure with necessary record.

Undertake other duties as determined by the manager deputizing where necessary.

Co-ordination with Cross Functional team for the clearance of Equipment/Instrument PMP’s as per planned schedule.

Responsible for preparation and updation of all necessary documents required for audits (SOP’s, Formats, PMP Documents, Protocols, Equipment History/Breakdown analysis documents etc.).

Initiation of Change Controls and closure of Action Plans and CAPA’s.

Preparation of Inventory lists whenever required.

Coordination with Vendor to solve the issues observed in the Process and Non Process Equipments.

Involving in Qualification and Installation activities.

Responsible for execution of World Class Maintenance Activities.

Responsible for Password Management (Admin Responsibilities) for all the available equipments.

Responsible for initiate and closure of incident investigations.

Preparation and Renewal of Vendor Service Agreements.

Responsible to ensure the availability of spares required for all critical equipments.

Responsible to ensure training requirements of Team and Update the same in iLearn.

Ensure compliance against safety and quality.

Track, Allocate and ensure the completion of all scheduled PMP’s.

Review of qualification and validation documents of area and equipment.

Responsible for Engineering (Process) related log books and formats with respect to storage, issuance and retrieval.
