Job Description
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
• 3+ years experience as executive, administrative, or operations assistant
• Polished and professional written and oral communication skills
• Experience handling busy calendars for multiple executives
• Assists with event organization and planning as needed
• Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries
• Assist with setting up video presentations in conference rooms or meetings outside the office
• Generate forms, memos, emails, reports, scans and print copies as requested
• Prepare and edit communication correspondence, presentations and other documents
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Coordinate with other departments as requested
• Answer incoming telephone calls and forwards calls/messages to appropriate person
• Other admin tasks needed
