Portfolio Manager

Job Description

Reedy & Company is seeking to hire a Portfolio Manager in Memphis, TN. This position is responsible for providing excellent communication to investors. Each Portfolio Manager is tasked with acting as a dedicated point of contact and liaison with other departments to ensure physical protection of the property and maximize earning potential associated with the investor's portfolio.

Starting pay is $50,000 + depending on experience.

Job Duties

Process approval for scopes of work during maintenance events and property turnover

Oversee new investor onboarding

Build and maintain investor relationships

Leverage various technology to ensure accuracy of internal and external communication

Collaborate with leadership, interdepartmentally, and with the investor in conflict resolution and innovation of processes

Set timelines, expectations, and ensure completion of strategies and tasks as assigned

Routine analysis of financial analytics, relationship management, data accuracy, and achievement of investor and company goals

Adopt, execute, and adhere to company core values, strategies, directives, and goals

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2 or more years with verifiable success in a previous role with similar responsibilities

Proficiency in written and verbal communication

Highly organized to accomplish multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize, and manage time

Ability to learn existing and new systems and technologies

Adaptability in an ever-changing environment

Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and thrives as a contributor within a team setting

Working knowledge of core property management functions and software (leasing, collections, maintenance, property turnover, eviction, acquisitions) is a plus

Critical thinking, high-integrity, and willingness to communicate with transparency

Keen attention to detail
