OVERVIEW

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our solar panel recycling center in Odessa! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Set schedule Monday through Friday with possible overtime

Production line and facility maintenance in a climate-controlled environment

On-the-job and continuous training opportunities

Responsibilities:

Assess, troubleshoot, and repair any broken and/or malfunctioning equipment

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Emergency on-call servicing

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols

Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or other related fields

Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented

Able to meet the physical demands of the job
