Job Description

RaySecur is seeking a Director of People Operations to provide leadership and support for our growing team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will develop and execute on our People Operations and HR strategy. Specifically, you will focus on recruiting, performance management, people development, employee engagement, DE&I, L&D, organizational design, HR infrastructure, compensation, and benefits.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a People & HR Strategy to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent.

Align the people & HR outcomes with our values, mission, and vision. Our values are the foundation of our culture and our policies will be built with these in mind.

Support the CEO and COO in creating and implementing a holistic compensation philosophy.

Refine and manage our performance review process and ensure alignment with our philosophy around coaching vs feedback.

Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure strong and diverse talent pools. Manage the hiring process, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.

Identify and implement best-in-class HR processes and tools. Optimize our tech systems and partners.

Develop and manage company handbook and policies.

Oversee benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, regulations, and government guidelines.

Provide strategic support for the leadership team on all people and HR related matters.

Proactively identify challenges and develop solutions for emerging HR/people issues.

Other professional responsibilities as they relate to people/HR.Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7-10 years’ experience in HR and people operations

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Experience with HR software/tech-enabled solutions

Deep care and empathy for people as individuals

Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills

SHRM certification preferred

Experience working in a fast-paced emerging growth environment and leading organizational change a plus
