As a Financial Representative State Farm Agent Team Member with Brad Carpenter - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the retirement products that prepare our customers for the future. Your proficient knowledge of retirement products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about retirement options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Provide leads of your own to market retirement products to.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
Sound knowledge of retirement products.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Must currently hold relevant insurance licenses (SIE, Series 6/63/65, Series 7)BENEFITS:
