We are seeking an ambitious and thorough individual responsible for preparation and coordination with multiple departments to assist in meeting project requirements.

Purpose: Provide project analysis by collecting project information in the field and administrative support to project management team.

Responsibilities

Site inspections and collection of information for change orders

Document review and identify potential risks that projects may pose to the organization

Manage and maintain project documentation for the organization

Report status of current projects and percent-complete to management

Advanced production and labor activity reporting

Maintain communication with project contact regarding scheduling and documentation requirements

Coordinate final inspections with customer/manufacturer and advise estimating of completion

Complete project closeout documents

Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects

Must be willing to assist with office telephones and other office related assignments as needed

Other projects and duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

2 years commercial roofing field experience

Experience coordinating project requirements in commercial roofing or similar commercial construction industy

Learn to Read blueprints and specifications

Learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word and Outlook)

Outstanding communication and time management abilities

An organized person and quick learner

Ability to receive instructions and clearly explain problems or situations

Lift and climb up and down a 30 ft. ladder or many flights of stairs

Capable of receiving instructions and clearly explaining problems and solutions to customers.

Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, and fall protection

Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company’s Core Values

A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Some travel, as required
