This is a value home/residential project 2-phased construction.

Supports projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements.

Coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.

You’ll be responsible for:

Providing support in day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring of the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

Working alongside the Mace planners in developing construction strategies and sequences.

Acting as the main technical adviser on construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.

Implementing the pre-construction studies through the design and construction phases of projects.

Assisting in managing and delivery of the project.

Checking the plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.

Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.

Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyor and the general workforce involved in the project.

Communicating with clients and their representatives this includes attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the project’s progress.

Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Preparing reports as and when required.

Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

You’ll need to have:

Bachelor's degree in civil.

Experience of working on projects of similar nature.
