We are looking for an Associate (3 – 6 years’ experience) to join our Tax practice group in New York. We have a full-service transactional tax practice with a reputation for sophisticated work. The group advises on complex M&A transactions, partnership and joint venture transactions, capital markets and securitization offerings, and financial products.

Job Details

We are seeking candidates with transactional tax experience (preferably in a major law firm), excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school or a Tax LL.M. program. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, has a positive attitude and good judgment. Applications should include a resume and law school transcript.
