GRANT and RFP PROPOSAL WRITER

GRANT and RFP PROPOSAL WRITER WANTED ASAP by Multimedia Company located in Montgomery County, MD.

[Responsibilities include: Analyze and identify all necessary requirements for government and grant solicitations; Actively respond to, create and monitor RFPs and Government and/or Private Grant proposals and quote activity and progress by providing internal updates to senior leadership on a regular basis; Work collaboratively with Sr.

Staff and Company Instructors to ensure high quality proposals are developed, completed and submitted before the Due Date in a timely manner; Drive the sales pipeline for our Media Production Services, Business Services and Instructional Training Courses from lead generation to contract signature.

Identify revenue opportunities aligned with the company's capabilities, products, and services.

Actively engage prospective customers in exploring a business relationship with the company.

Qualifications: 3+ years' experience working in a Procurement, Sales or Business Development capacity creating, researching and writing award winning RFPs' and/or Grants (ideally for a private Company, Government Contractor or any related business). Bachelors' degree in Business or Equivalent Experience.

Extensive knowledge of and experience in the procurement process.

Proven ability to deal with technical and/or management related Customers, Government or Agency Representatives.

Ability to screen and understand government solicitations and guide relevant proposals based on business capabilities.

Ability to clearly articulate compelling information and business opportunities to a diverse audience of potential partners.

Proven success building and maintaining business relationships, particularly with Foundations, the Federal Government and other Organizations.

Demonstrated ability to work in a creative environment, being self-directed, flexible, and able to accept rapid changes.

Salary to be determined by experience.
