Implementation Specialist- Apex Analytix

Overall Requirement:

We are seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in APEX Supplier Portal to support our enterprise IT team. The objective is to deploy APEX within our ecosystem, and we require an experienced SME who can facilitate the design and implementation phases of the project. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong functional expertise, comfortable interacting with business clients at various levels, and capable of evaluating and confirming user requirements. They should have in-depth knowledge of the APEX product, including its features, functions, and design.

Additionally, the APEX SME should be able to configure the platform for Proof of Concept (POC), demonstrations, and requirement confirmations. This resource will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful utilization of APEX within our organization.

Responsibility:

SME with solution architect expertise in Supplier Management processes and experience in designing and implementing APEX solutions, including configuration and overseeing integration with SAP & non-SAP ecosystems.

Ability to customize workflow based on business requirements

Provide solution to Specific customer need (Block/Unblock supplier at various levels), including customization, if out of the box functionality is limited.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to full fill reporting needs using OData.

Ability to integrate Supplier shell information to other 3rd party SaaS applications

Exposure to add on services to APEX, like upfront VAT/Tax/Bank validation, SmartVM service, Fradulent detection & MFA etc
