Senior Engineering Program Manager

Direct Hire Full-Time Role

Salary Range: $104,000 - $124,800 per year

Location: Remote Role - PST

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the first line of support for the team; monitor day-to-day operations

Lead daily round table sessions, skills workshops, and building events.

Drive process improvement; keep documentation updated and organized.

Manage contractor schedules, PagerDuty rotation, and communicate team OOO/sick days.

Coaching and development of skillsets where up-leveling is needed

Provide quality and accuracy of written communications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Strong project management skills

Strong communication skills

Able to handle fast-paced and ambiguously defined projects with multiple customers and partners

Strong conceptual understanding of data and data analytics; knowledgeable about data flow and manipulation

Conceptual knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes, and AWS is preferred

Familiarity with using macOS is a plus
