MEP Draftsman

Education: Diploma in Engineering / Formal training in Rivet MEP / AutoCAD

Level of Position: MEP Draftsmen

The role requires 5-7 years of experience in all aspects of MEP Drafting Retail fit out works, Interior design works, Using Rivet and AutoCAD.

Experience in the following works required.

· Preparation of MEP shop drawings in Revit

· Produce Revit families according to project requirements / Modifying Revit families as per project requirement.

· Preparation of 3D designs using Revit.

· Should work on BIM 360/ACC & maintain BIM standards and library of BIM objects.

· Converting IFC files from AutoCAD and import the same in Revit.

· Creating NWC, NWD, PDF/DWG from Revit model

· Preparation of System layout using AutoCAD & Revit.

· Preparation of clash reports using Revit/Navisworks clashes of system layout with team, customers as well as subcontractors.

· Responsible for project related documentations.

· Minimum 5 + years' experience in Revit, ACC & CAD Design.

· Good MEP knowledge with practical hands-on experience in Retail fit-out MEP.

· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

· Very Good Communication skills, able to work in team, takes ownership.

· Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
