What you'll be doing
Our successful applicants will attend an Infrastructure Skills Centre. This is a 3 -week accelerated training programme that is designed to give you foundational skills, capabilities, and knowledge that will help you establish a meaningful career with Fulton Hogan.
The best part - this programme is “earn while you learn” so you start getting paid as soon as you start the programme! It has hands-on delivery methods facilitated by experienced instructors that will help you prepare to work safely and learn values and behaviours to help you contribute strongly as part of a team.

Traffic Management
Regional Civil/Maintenance/Surfacing
Construction/Earthworks
Civil Projects
Utilities

Having a minimum Class 1 restricted driver’s licence is essential

Where and when
This training will be based in Napier and will start on Monday 10th June 2024 and finish on Friday 28th June 2024. You then will start working in the Department that has hired you.
Interview assessment centre will be held on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 in Napier.
