We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our nonprofit organization's leadership team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and events
Maintain organized filing systems and databases
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Conduct research and compile data as needed
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Previous experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
