Process Design Consultant

We are looking for a Process Design Consultant to join our growing team. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $88 / hour. We will also provide you a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Process Design Consultant you will work within the Global Technology Resiliency & Business Continuity (GRBC) Planning and Testing Operations team and play a crucial role in helping manage and reduce technological risk and maintain regulatory compliance within our technology resilience planning and testing programs.

Responsibilities of the Process Design Consultant:

Experience in developing and managing technology resiliency & recovery plans and testing standards, policies, and process and procedure documents

Knowledge of technology systems application and data protection techniques, system rebuild and data recovery or reconstruction capabilities and testing techniques

Demonstrated ability partnering with and providing expert-level advice to business partners with complex recovery and resiliency requirements

Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issues

Identifies linkages and thinks "enterprise" across business lines and geographies

Embraces and drives changes
