Small Boutique Real Estate developers in the West Loop area are searching for a Full Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
Responsibilities/Job Responsibilities
Enter and maintain all accounts receivable
Enter and code accounts payable and credit card transactions
Process payroll weekly
Perform bank reconciliations and credit cards
Prepare reports for costs allocated to project
Prepare documents for Workers Compensation & General Liability Audit
Work with Tax Accountant to assist with any financial documents
Maintain organized files/emails
Point of contact for vendors
Pick up mail and drop off FedEx
Experience
Three years of previous bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in Excel.
