Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a mature, worldly individual to join our team as a Fine Jewelry Customer Service Associate in our front office showroom. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence, as you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed customers.

Jewelry Experience is a plus but not required - we will train.

HOURS: Monday-Friday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Daily Operations: Efficiently manage the daily workflow of the showroom to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Answer Busy Incoming Phone Lines: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing information and redirecting queries as necessary.

Record and Track Incoming Phone Calls: Maintain a log of phone interactions to ensure follow-ups and continuity in customer service.

Greet and Assist all Office Guests: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.

Maintain a Clean and Pleasant Waiting Area: Oversee the upkeep of the showroom, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for all guests.

Document and Schedule Meetings: Organize and maintain a schedule of appointments and meetings.

Monitor Cameras and Door Access: Ensure the security of the showroom by monitoring surveillance equipment and managing access to the premises.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

A professional demeanor, with an ability to portray patience, understanding, and approachability.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
