Eagle Rock Insurance Agency is growing, and ready to add a new Insurance Customer Service Representative to our team!
Responsibilities
Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
Processing endorsements, submitting new business to carriers, and issuing insurance documentation.
Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and document it per agency standards
Requirements
Property & Casualty License Required.
2+ years of Insurance Customer Service/Sales experience.
Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
