Job Description

Nielson & Associates is looking for a salesperson/ producer to Cold call from leads or call on potential business clients.

You will start with a salary plus commission. As you produce business, your commissions will replace your salary. This is not a draw. At this time this agency has paid producers on a very competitive commission scale.

- Sales experience preferred.

- Book of business preferred.

The position calls for an individual who can handle rejection. In the beginning, once an appointment is made, an insurance agent from our firm will accompany you. The commission is solely yours. Our culture wants new employees to prosper. As you become a more knowledgeable insurance agent you will have the option to sell on your own, but you will always have the support of the agency behind you. The path to success may take two to three years.

This is a tough but potentially rewarding business.
